Return Policy
Eligibility: Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Conditions:
Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
A photo or video proof of the damaged or incorrect item must be shared while initiating the return.
Food items are non-returnable unless delivered damaged or expired.
Return Process
Email us at support@pjbstore.com with your order ID and details of the issue.
Once approved, ship the item back to us at the address provided.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
In case of prepaid orders, if the refund is approved without return, it will be processed based on the verification shared.
